1. Who We Are

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Polygamy.com, SecondWife.com, their mobile applications, websites, communication systems, and related services, collectively referred to as the “Platforms.”

Polygamy.com and SecondWife.com are operated by RIVOH L.L.C-FZ, registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, referred to in these Terms as “we,” “us,” or “our.”

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, accessing, or using either Platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platforms.

2. Nature and Purpose of the Platforms

The Platforms provide online introductions and communication tools for adults seeking sincere, consensual, long-term relationships, including relationships informed by Islamic, religious, spiritual, or cultural values.

Polygamy.com serves adults interested in consensual polygamous or plural relationships. SecondWife.com primarily serves Muslims seeking faith-based relationships, including a nikah or potential second-wife relationship conducted in accordance with their beliefs and applicable law.

The Platforms provide introductions only. We do not:

• Perform, register, certify, officiate, or solemnise marriages or nikahs.
• Provide legal, religious, financial, immigration, or marital advice.
• Guarantee recognition by any government, court, religious authority, or institution.
• Guarantee that a user will find a spouse or enter into a successful relationship.
• Conduct complete criminal, identity, marital-status, or background checks on every user.
• Act as an agent, guardian, wali, marriage registrar, or representative of a user.

3. Meaning of Marriage, Nikah, and Related Terms

The Platforms may use words such as “marriage,” “marry,” “nikah,” “husband,” “wife,” “spouse,” “union,” and similar expressions.

Depending on the context, these terms may describe a religious, spiritual, cultural, ceremonial, or personal commitment. They do not necessarily mean a civil marriage recognised or registered by the state.

Use of these terms does not represent that a proposed union:

• Is legally valid.
• Creates civil marital rights or obligations.
• Is recognised by a government or court.
• Automatically complies with the law where a user lives.
• Replaces any licence, registration, consent, notice, divorce, or legal requirement.

Users must obtain independent legal and religious advice before entering into any relationship, nikah, ceremony, civil union, domestic arrangement, or marriage.

4. Compliance With Local Laws

We do not encourage, arrange, promote, or endorse illegal marriages, unlawful polygamy, bigamy, forced marriage, sham marriage, immigration fraud, or any relationship or conduct prohibited by law.

Users must comply with all laws that apply to them, including laws concerning:

• Marriage, nikah, and civil status.
• Bigamy and polygamy.
• Minimum age and capacity to consent.
• Divorce and existing marital obligations.
• Immigration and residency.
• Financial support and inheritance.
• Domestic abuse and coercive control.
• Sexual conduct and consent.
• Child protection.
• Privacy and data protection.

A religious nikah, private commitment, or unofficial civil union may have legal consequences or may be prohibited in some jurisdictions. Users are responsible for determining their legal position.

Nothing on the Platforms should be interpreted as advice to conceal a relationship, mislead an authority, avoid a legal requirement, or circumvent applicable law.

5. Eligibility

By creating or using an account, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You have the legal capacity to accept these Terms.
• Your use of dating or matchmaking services is lawful.
• You are not legally prohibited from using the Platforms.
• You have not previously been removed from either Platform unless we permitted your return.
• All information you provide is truthful, current, and complete.

Anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited from accessing or using the Platforms. We may request age or identity verification and suspend an account while verification is pending.

6. Consent and Personal Autonomy

Every relationship arising from the Platforms must be entered into freely and voluntarily by legally capable adults.

We prohibit:

• Forced or coerced relationships.
• Threats, pressure, blackmail, intimidation, or emotional coercion.
• Trafficking or exploitation.
• Operating another adult’s account without clear authorisation.
• Using another person’s photographs or information without permission.
• Impersonating another person.

A wali, relative, guardian, or trusted representative may help an adult operate an account only with that adult’s informed and continuing permission. The profile must accurately identify the person seeking the relationship.

7. Accounts and Profile Information

You must:

• Create only a genuine personal account unless we approve otherwise.
• Keep your login details confidential.
• Provide accurate information about your identity, age, location, intentions, and relationship status.
• Upload only authentic, current photographs that you have permission to use.
• Keep your profile information reasonably up to date.
• Notify us if you suspect unauthorised account access.

Accounts cannot be sold, transferred, rented, or shared without our permission.

Profile verification only means that specified information was checked using the verification method available at the time. It does not guarantee identity, character, criminal history, relationship status, intentions, or personal safety.

8. User Conduct

You must not use either Platform to:

• Break or encourage the breaking of any law.
• Arrange an illegal marriage or conceal legally required information.
• Harass, stalk, threaten, intimidate, shame, or abuse anyone.
• Promote hatred, discrimination, terrorism, or violence.
• Send pornography, explicit material, or unsolicited sexual messages.
• Request or distribute intimate material without consent.
• Commit fraud, impersonation, catfishing, blackmail, or extortion.
• Request money, loans, investments, gifts, bank details, cryptocurrency, or financial assistance.
• Advertise businesses, products, or other dating services.
• Send spam, chain messages, or mass communications.
• Collect, scrape, copy, publish, or sell information about users.
• Upload viruses or interfere with Platform security.
• Violate intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Publish another user’s messages, photographs, or information without permission.
• Use bots, artificial accounts, or automated scraping systems.
• Mislead users about your identity, intentions, marital status, or location.

9. User-Generated Content

“User Content” includes profile information, photographs, messages, reports, recordings, videos, and anything else submitted through the Platforms.

You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting it, you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt, review, moderate, and distribute it as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and improve the Platforms.

This licence ends when content is deleted from our active systems, except where retention is reasonably necessary for safety investigations, fraud prevention, evidence preservation, backups, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.

You confirm that you have every right and permission required to submit your User Content.

10. Objectionable and Prohibited Content

The following content is prohibited:

• Pornography or sexually explicit material.
• Nudity presented for sexual purposes.
• Child sexual abuse or exploitation.
• Content that sexualises or endangers a minor.
• Non-consensual intimate material.
• Threats, incitement, or graphic violence.
• Hate speech or discriminatory abuse.
• Terrorist or extremist propaganda.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or impersonating content.
• Content promoting criminal activity.
• Copyright-infringing or privacy-infringing material.
• Malicious links, viruses, spam, or commercial solicitation.

We may use manual and automated systems to review profiles, photographs, messages, reports, and account activity. Moderation does not mean we review every item before it appears or guarantee that every violation will be detected.

11. Reporting, Blocking, and Moderation

Users can report objectionable content, profiles, messages, or conduct through the reporting tools available inside the Platforms. Users can also block other users where the relevant feature is available.

Reports may also be sent to Contact [@] Polygamy.com & Admin [@] Rivoh.com.

We may:

• Investigate reported conduct.
• Warn or restrict a user.
• Remove content.
• Suspend or permanently terminate accounts.
• Preserve relevant records.
• Prevent repeat registrations.
• Refer matters to authorities, app stores, payment providers, or safety organisations.

We do not guarantee a particular outcome and may be unable to disclose confidential moderation or investigation details.

12. Child Safety Standards Against CSAE and CSAM

Polygamy.com and SecondWife.com are strictly for adults aged 18 or above. Minors are not permitted to register for, access, or use either Platform.

We maintain zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation, referred to as “CSAE,” and child sexual abuse material, referred to as “CSAM.”

Prohibited conduct includes:

• Creating, uploading, possessing, requesting, distributing, or facilitating access to CSAM.
• Grooming or attempting to groom a child.
• Sextortion involving a child.
• Sexualising, exploiting, trafficking, or endangering a child.
• Seeking sexual contact or sexual communication with a child.
• Encouraging or facilitating any form of child sexual abuse.
• Using artificial intelligence to create or alter sexualised images involving children.
• Sharing links or instructions intended to locate or distribute CSAM.

Users must immediately report suspected child-safety violations using the in-app reporting system or by contacting Contact [@] Polygamy.com & Admin [@] Rivoh.com .

When we become aware of suspected CSAE or CSAM, we may:

• Remove or restrict access to relevant content.
• Immediately suspend or terminate implicated accounts.
• Preserve account information and evidence where appropriate and lawful.
• Investigate associated accounts and activity.
• Report matters to appropriate authorities as required by applicable law.
• Cooperate with lawful investigations and child-safety organisations.

We comply with applicable child-safety laws and reporting obligations relevant to our operations.

13. Meeting Other Users Safely

Users must exercise independent judgment and conduct their own checks before communicating outside the Platforms or meeting in person.

• Verify the person’s identity and circumstances.
• Never send money or financial information.
• Tell a trusted person about an arranged meeting.
• Meet initially in a populated public place.
• Arrange your own transportation.
• Avoid sharing your home address too early.
• Report suspicious behaviour.
• Obtain independent legal or religious advice where appropriate.

Once communications leave the Platforms, our ability to monitor, investigate, or protect users becomes limited.

14. Subscriptions, Billing, and Renewal

Some features are free, while others require payment. The price, billing period, included features, and renewal terms will be shown before purchase.

Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You authorise the relevant payment provider to charge your selected payment method.

You may cancel renewal through:

• Your account or subscription settings.
• Google Play or Apple subscription settings for app-store purchases.
• Our support service where direct cancellation is available.

Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. Prices, taxes, features, and subscription options may change. Material changes will be communicated where legally required.

15. Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the payment method, place of purchase, applicable consumer law, and circumstances.

Purchases through Google Play or Apple’s App Store are subject to that store’s payment and refund procedures.

For direct purchases:

• Billing errors should be reported promptly.
• Refund requests should normally be submitted within 14 days of the charge.
• Using paid digital features may affect refund eligibility.
• No partial refund is normally provided after cancellation.
• Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.

16. Suspension, Termination, and Account Deletion

You may stop using the Platforms and request account deletion at any time using the available account-deletion or support process.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate an account where:

• These Terms have been violated.
• The account creates a safety, fraud, or legal risk.
• Information supplied is false or misleading.
• Another person’s rights are being harmed.
• The account is being used unlawfully.
• Action is required by law, an authority, an app store, or a payment provider.

We may act without prior notice in serious or urgent cases. Limited information may be retained for safety, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or preventing repeat registrations.

17. Intellectual Property

The Platforms, software, designs, trademarks, logos, text, and other materials belonging to us or our licensors are protected by intellectual-property laws.

Users receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the Platforms for their intended purpose. No part may be copied, sold, scraped, reverse engineered, or commercially exploited without written permission.

18. Third-Party Services

The Platforms may use or link to payment providers, app stores, analytics providers, identity-verification services, and external websites. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for services we do not control.

19. Disclaimers

The Platforms are provided on an “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee:

• Continuous, secure, or error-free availability.
• That every user is genuine, safe, truthful, or compatible.
• That moderation will identify every violation.
• Any particular match, relationship, nikah, marriage, or outcome.
• Recognition by a government, court, or religious authority.
• The accuracy of information supplied by users.

Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from:

• Communications or meetings between users.
• Conduct occurring outside the Platforms.
• Reliance on user-supplied information.
• Unauthorised account access.
• Service interruption.
• Loss of data, opportunity, income, or reputation.
• The legal or religious status of a relationship or ceremony.

These limitations apply only to the extent permitted by the consumer laws applicable to the user.

21. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to compensate us for losses, claims, liabilities, and reasonable legal expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Platforms, material breach of these Terms, submitted content, violation of another person’s rights, or false information supplied by you.

22. Privacy and Communications

Our processing of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

We may send electronic messages concerning accounts, security, payments, moderation, or changes to the Platforms. Marketing communications can be declined using the unsubscribe or account controls provided.

23. Changes to the Platforms or Terms

We may update the Platforms or these Terms to reflect changes in our services, safety practices, operations, or legal obligations.

The updated date will appear at the top. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes where required. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

24. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, without removing mandatory consumer rights applicable in a user’s country of residence.

The courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates will have jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer law permits or requires proceedings elsewhere.

Before beginning formal proceedings, users are encouraged to contact us and attempt to resolve the matter directly.

25. General Provisions

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. Failure to enforce a provision immediately does not waive our right to enforce it later.

Users may not transfer their rights under these Terms without our written permission. We may transfer our rights and obligations as part of a corporate restructuring, business transfer, or sale, subject to applicable law.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and expressly incorporated policies, constitute the agreement between you and us concerning the Platforms.
